A dedicated and experienced Sivananda Yoga instructor, Kailash has spent most of the last decade in India’s yoga ashrams and meditation centers but has, for now at least, settled in Hove in the UK and is currently offering a variety of yoga related services such as Hatha Yoga classes and meditation coaching to the local community.

Kailash is fully trained as both a Sivananda Yoga instructor (RYT 500 hour) and as a Yoga Therapist (RYT 200 hour). He teaches primarily a classical approach to Hatha yoga & meditation and enjoys all aspects of yoga lifestyle.

His yoga classes combine Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (breath work and control of subtle energies within the body) and relaxation, there’s even a little bit of Mantra thrown in to the mix.

Hatha Yoga brings tone, strength and flexibility to the body, calms and balances the mind and brings health and well-being to the entire system.
