Who I am

Om Namah Shivaya!

Welcome to my website. I’m Kailash and this is my personal webpage where I keep friends, family and students up to date on my yogic travel diary – where I’m headed, what I’m up to and where I’ll be teaching.

From stressed out workaholic to [mostly] calm, peaceful and happy yogi in just a few short years – the profound influence yogic practices have had on my own life are the force that drives me to bring these teachings and techniques to others. I am passionate about yoga and seek to integrate these deep and ancient practices in to all aspects of my life, enabling me to practice what i teach.

In my classes I aim to balance a calming spiritual experience with precise physical alignment cues to help my students find harmony at all levels of being: physical, mental and spiritual alike.

I have collectively 500 hours yoga teacher training in both Sivananda and Yoga therapy, and many more hours experience of practice and teaching.

I spend much of my time in India and other parts of Asia both teaching and practicing in various ashrams and yoga schools and am also back in the UK from time.

I invite you to follow my blog to keep up with my movements and activities.

Om Shanti
